Olefin furniture cleaning
Olefin furniture cleaning.
Olefin, also called polypropylene, is a tough synthetic fabric. You find it on patio cushions and on many family-room sofas because it stands up to everyday use.
We start with the worst spot. Not happy? We stop, and you pay nothing.*

What we see most
Good to know about olefin
Water-based spills
Olefin resists many water-based spills, so they often lift well.
Oily marks
Oily marks, from food, skin or sunscreen, can cling to olefin. They get their own pre-treatment.
Gentle on heat
Olefin doesn’t like high heat, so we keep the method gentle.
Indoors and outdoors
The same fabric shows up on patio sets and living-room sofas. We clean both.

How a visit works
Four steps, start to finish
- Call or send photos Tell us what needs cleaning. A photo of the fabric, the tag and any stains helps us plan.
- We check the fabric We read the cleaning code on the tag and look at the material before anything gets wet.
- We clean it in your home A pre-treatment, then hot-water extraction lifts the dirt and draws it back out. We bring a truck-mounted machine to houses and a portable one to condos and apartments.
- Let it dry Drying time depends on the fabric and the room. We’ll tell you what to expect before we leave.
Our promise in detail
What “you pay nothing” means
- We start with the worst spot. The dirtiest area goes first, so you see the result before we do the rest.
- Not happy? We stop. If you don’t like how it’s coming out, tell us. We stop there, and you don’t pay anything.
- Honest about stains. Some old or set-in stains won’t come out completely. If we think that’s likely, we’ll tell you before we start.
- Rayon (viscose) is excluded. Furniture made of rayon, also called viscose, isn’t covered by this promise. We’ll tell you if your fabric is rayon.
- What it covers. Sofas, chairs and other upholstered furniture we clean in your home, patio furniture included.

How do I know my fabric is olefin?
Check the tag for “olefin” or “polypropylene”. If there’s no tag, send us a photo of the fabric.
Will every stain come out?
Many do, but some old or set-in stains won’t fully come out. If we think that’s likely, we’ll tell you before we start.
How long until I can use it?
It depends on the fabric, the room and the weather. We’ll give you a time when we finish.
Are quotes free?
