Not every fabric can be cleaned the same way, so the tag comes first.
- Cotton & linen Natural fibres, checked for shrinking and colour first.
- Microfiber Common on family sofas; it shows water marks if cleaned the wrong way.
- Polyester & nylon Hard-wearing synthetics found on most newer furniture.
- Chenille Soft, raised pile that needs gentle handling.
- Wool Warm and durable, cleaned with care for the fibre.
- Olefin Tough and stain-resistant, common on patio and family-room pieces.
- Silk Delicate and easily marked, so it gets a close look first.
Unbleached Haitian cotton Can’t be cleaned with plain water. It needs a special method.
How a visit works
Four steps, all in your home
You stay put. We bring the equipment.
- Call for a free quote Tell us what needs cleaning. When we call you back, we may ask for a photo of the furniture, its tag and any stains.
- We check the fabric We read the cleaning code on the tag and look at the material before anything gets wet.
- We clean it in your home A pre-treatment, then hot-water extraction lifts the dirt and draws it back out. We bring a truck-mounted machine to houses and a portable one to condos and apartments.
- Let it dry Drying time depends on the fabric and the room. We’ll tell you what to expect before we leave.

Most people aren’t aware that their furniture has acquired a layer of dust and dirt. This layer masks the original bright colours of the fabric material.
After you get furniture cleaning with us, your furniture can regain its original bright colours. Our cleaning equipment cleans and extracts, so that dirt is thoroughly removed from the furniture. We don’t skip cleaning details.

What “you pay nothing” means
- We start with the worst spot. The dirtiest area goes first, so you see the result before we do the rest.
- Not happy? We stop. If you don’t like how it’s coming out, tell us. We stop there, and you don’t pay anything.
- Honest about stains. Some old or set-in stains won’t come out completely. If we think that’s likely, we’ll tell you before we start.
- Rayon (viscose) is excluded. Furniture made of rayon, also called viscose, isn’t covered by this promise. To check, look for the fabric tag (often under a seat cushion or under the frame). If its contents list rayon or viscose, this promise doesn’t cover that piece. We’ll tell you if your fabric is rayon.
- What it covers. Sofas, chairs and other upholstered furniture we clean in your home, patio furniture included.

Do you take the furniture away?
No. We clean sofas, chairs and other furniture right in your home.
Can you clean any fabric?
We check the fabric and the cleaning code on its tag first. Not every fabric can be cleaned with water, and if yours can’t, we’ll tell you before we start.
Will every stain come out?
Many do, but some old or set-in stains won’t fully come out. If we think that’s likely, we’ll tell you before we start.
How long until I can use it?
It depends on the fabric, the room and the weather. We’ll give you a time when we finish.
