Before the visit
Do you take the furniture away?
No. We clean sofas, chairs and other furniture right in your home.
Do I need to do anything first?
Take off throws and loose pillows so we can reach every seam, and tell us about any stains and what caused them, if you know.
Can you clean several pieces on one visit?
Yes. Tell us everything you have, from the sofa to the dining chairs, and we’ll plan one visit.
Can I send photos instead of describing it?
Yes. Photos of the furniture, the fabric tag and any stains help us give you a quote.
Where do you work?
In Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill and Thornhill.
Cleaning and drying
Can you clean any fabric?
We check the fabric and the cleaning code on its tag first. Not every fabric can be cleaned with water, and if yours can’t, we’ll tell you before we start.
Will every stain come out?
Many do, but some old or set-in stains won’t fully come out. If we think that’s likely, we’ll tell you before we start.
How long until I can use it?
It depends on the fabric, the room and the weather. We’ll give you a time when we finish.
Quotes and our promise
Are quotes free?
Yes. Call us or send the quote form, and tell us what you would like cleaned.
Why is there no price list?
Every piece is different. Size, fabric and stains all change the work involved, so we quote each job personally.
What if I’m not happy?
We start with the worst spot. If you don’t like how it’s coming out, we stop and you pay nothing. Rayon (viscose) is excluded.

What “you pay nothing” means
- We start with the worst spot. The dirtiest area goes first, so you see the result before we do the rest.
- Not happy? We stop. If you don’t like how it’s coming out, tell us. We stop there, and you don’t pay anything.
- Honest about stains. Some old or set-in stains won’t come out completely. If we think that’s likely, we’ll tell you before we start.
- Rayon (viscose) is excluded. Furniture made of rayon, also called viscose, isn’t covered by this promise. We’ll tell you if your fabric is rayon.
- What it covers. Sofas, chairs and other upholstered furniture we clean in your home, patio furniture included.
